We guarantee our stationery products are printed by the industry's leading stationery companies with the finest attention for detail and quality.
We guarantee that your order will be printed as ordered. We will gladly exchange and/or replace any products that we have incorrectly ordered or misprinted, if notified within 10 business days of receiving order.
We pride ourselves on thorough proofreading of your orders, but we cannot always identify customer misspellings or typos. If you do enter incorrect information and your product is misprinted, we will work with you. As a courtesy, we will reprint your order for a 30% reorder discount.
Please Note: When a customer approves a proof for any custom stationery item, any and all reprint charges are the sole responsibilty of the customer.
We guarantee that your products will arrive in good condition. If a shipping mishap should occur, please contact Novelty Notes within 3 business days of receiving your order so we may remedy the problem as soon as possible.
Please save all your packaging materials as shippers often collect packaging to determine cause of damage and liability.

Guarantee does not apply to orders already submitted. All submitted orders will be processed with prices shown during checkout.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
Due to the personalized nature of our products and the variation of computer monitor colors, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.. There are absolutely no exceptions.
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted to stationery vendors. Vendors do not allow Novelty Notes any returns or order cancellations. As a result, order cancellations are at the sole discretion of Novelty Notes. All order cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of a minimum of $15.00.
This No Return / No Cancellation Policy also includes all non-personalized items, such as acrylic holders, baskets, pens, and all other accessories.

PROOFS
Stationery and notepad sets are generally a simple personalization with no variation in layout; therefore, we do not include a proof with these items. We absolutely guarantee that your order will be printed as ordered or we will reprint your order at no charge. See our Product Guarantee for complete details.
Novelty Notes does include complimentary proofs on many products. If your purchase includes a proof, it will be stated in bold print within the item description. Your proof will be sent via e-mail within approximately 2 business days. These products will not be printed without your approval.
Some items offer a proof for an additional $6.00 charge. If you purchase a proof, you will receive the e-mail proof within approximately 2 business days. These products will not be printed without your approval.
Please Note: If a proof has been approved by the customer prior to printing, the customer is fully responsible for any errors and/or changes resulting in reprinting charges.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULES
To provide a unique selection of stationery, Novelty Notes works with a variety of professional stationery vendors whose production times vary. Most orders will be delivered within 4 -14 business days; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as production and shipping schedules vary with demand.

Please Note: Production time for Post-It Notes is typically 2-3 weeks.
The Pen At Hand stick figure line may require increased production time during peek pre-holiday months of October, November, and December. Please order all holiday gifts prior to December 1st.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING FEES:
Novelty Notes drop ships all orders to our customers directly from the stationery vendors. This saves our customers' shipping costs and allows orders to arrive in a more timely manner.
Vendors generally utilize United Postal Service, United States Postal Service, or Federal Express.
Your shipping cost is determined by number of items rather than purchase price.

More Than 10 Items is A Flat Rate Fee: $25.00
* This shipping chart does not apply to Post-it Notes. Post-It Notes will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 as they ship separately and require a greater production schedule.
ORDER TRACKING:
If you wish to track the progress of your orders, email orders@noveltynotes.net. Please allow at least 48 hours from submission of order for an email reply regarding order status. Your invoice # is required for tracking service.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Rarely, shipping mishaps do occur.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact Novelty Notes within 3 business days so we may remedy the problem. Please do not discard packaging as shippers often require packing materials to determine damage liability.
Novelty Notes cannot be held responsible for orders left outside your residence, orders lost due to customer shipping address error, or orders returned to us for failure of addressee to pick up after several failed delivery attempts. Reshipping fees will be charged for packages returned to us.

SALES TAX
The current sales tax laws for online retailers require Novelty Notes to collect sales tax for those customers ordering within Illinois at a rate of 6.5% of your purchase.
Customers from all other states are not required to pay sales tax until such time as web retail laws are changed.
